Je m&#8217;emploie \u00e0 recr\u00e9er du lien, \u00e0 remettre du mouvement partout o\u00f9 la Vie s&#8217;\u00e9tait fig\u00e9e en moi. C&#8217;est ma mani\u00e8re de contribuer \u00e0 la beaut\u00e9 de ce monde et de tendre vers ce \u00e0 quoi j&#8217;aspire: la Paix.<\/p>\n<p>Dieu, l&#8217;Univers, l&#8217;Amour, l&#8217;Un, &#8230; (peu importe comment on l&#8217;appelle) tient une place essentielle dans ma vie, \u00e0 la mesure de ce qu&#8217;il m&#8217;est donn\u00e9 d&#8217;en comprendre.<\/p>\n<p>Je pratique le Yoga et la Sophrologie comme des M\u00e9decines de l&#8217;Etre &#8211; qui prennent en compte la totalit\u00e9 de l&#8217;individu. Ces deux espaces transparaissent dans mes cours et s\u00e9ances&#8230; Il me semble de toutes fa\u00e7ons, qu&#8217;on ne peut enseigner que ce qu&#8217;on est!<\/p>\n<p>Je suis fascin\u00e9e par l&#8217;inconscient et par l&#8217;intelligence du corps: la mani\u00e8re dont il parle de son histoire, de ses blessures, sous forme de sympt\u00f4mes, troubles, maladies, r\u00e9actions, \u00e9motions, &#8230;\u00a0et m&#8217;int\u00e9resse de pr\u00e8s aux approches psycho-corporelles qui accompagnent vers le retour \u00e0 l&#8217;\u00e9quilibre.<\/p>\n<p>Je crois en la cessation des rapports de force,\u00a0 et en la Paix qui se d\u00e9ploie d\u00e8s lors que nos polarit\u00e9s se rencontrent et dansent \u00e0 nouveau, notamment, dans l&#8217;union du mouvement (Yang) et du Silence immobile (Yin) tel que Lao Tseu (Tao Te King) l&#8217;enseigne.<\/p>\n<p>Je m&#8217;entraine \u00e0 cultiver la Pr\u00e9sence \u00e0 ce qui Est, m&#8217;installer dans le corps et dans la conscience du souffle, qui selon moi, sont des cl\u00e9s, pour un quotidien riche et apais\u00e9 et le seul endroit o\u00f9 trouver la Paix!<\/p>\n<p>J&#8217;ai confiance en la bont\u00e9, en l&#8217;\u00e9lan fraternel, l&#8217;humilit\u00e9, la douceur, la po\u00e9sie, la lenteur, le silence attentif, pour b\u00e2tir des ponts, traverser nos diff\u00e9rences et finalement nous Rejoindre. Tout rel\u00e8ve d&#8217;apprendre \u00e0 (s&#8217;)Aimer!<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<div>\n<p>Enfin, j&#8217;ai foi en la puissance du Fil rouge (le sens qu&#8217;on donne \u00e0 notre vie) pour nous faire pivoter, nous permettre de choisir et de nous engager \u00e0 mettre notre \u00e9nergie au service de ce qui fait Sens pour nous.<\/p>\n<p>Je suis une femme en Chemin&#8230;<\/p>\n<p>Et tandis que, peut-\u00eatre, vous me choisissez pour vous accompagner sur le votre, dans une alliance, Ensemble, nous nous engageons \u00e0 reconna\u00eetre et nourrir ce qui, en vous, appelle \u00e0 l&#8217;\u00e9quilibre et au soin.
